Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 July 2026

The short version: the free tools are genuinely free, and most of them run entirely in your browser. The two AI-powered ones deserve a double-check before you act on their output. Paid projects always get a proper written agreement.

Who you're dealing with

This website is operated by Omnium Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as raising water. You can reach us at general@omnium-uk.com.

These terms cover your use of this website and its free tools. Paid client work is always governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

The free tools

The free tools on this site are there to show what custom software can do. Most of them are calculators and demos that run entirely in your browser; nothing you type into them is sent to us. Their results are illustrations, and they are not professional advice. Check anything important before acting on it, and don't rely on the tools for legal or financial decisions, or for anything else regulated.

Two tools work differently: the Data Transformer and 'Just what you need' use AI to generate their results, so the text you submit to those two is processed by our AI provider. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, sometimes in misleading ways, so give it a once-over before you rely on it. You agree not to use those tools to process unlawful content or content that infringes anyone's rights, and not to paste in other people's personal data. Anything you submit remains yours; we claim no rights over it and we don't store it.

All the tools are provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind. We may change or limit them at any time, or withdraw them entirely, without notice. Usage limits apply to keep the tools available for everyone.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, this website and its tools are free to use, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of them, including decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee either. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above tells you when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
