Chances are you’re paying for licences nobody uses, or for an agency to look after something you could own. We go through all of it, check the security of your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace while we’re in there, and hand you a report that puts a number on what you’d save.
If we find no savings, the audit is free.

Subscriptions & SaaS
Everything you pay for monthly. We look for overlap, and for plans far bigger than what you actually use.
Licences & leavers
Accounts that are still billing for people who left months ago. It's the most common thing we find, because nobody inside the business is looking for it.
Agency retainers & hosting
The websites, databases and hosting you pay someone else to look after. We work out what owning them would cost you instead.
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace security
Who has admin rights and shouldn't. Who still hasn't turned on two-factor. Odd forwarding rules, over-generous sharing. Small domains collect these problems over the years.
Manual work worth automating
The jobs that swallow staff time every month, like reports assembled by hand or the annual survey. We put a rough figure on what automating them would save.
Undocumented systems
The system only one person knows how to run. We flag the risk and estimate what proper documentation would take.
A report that does the talking.
There’s no pitch at the end of this. You get a written report, in plain English, that sets out what you’re spending and what you could save, starting with the biggest number. Take it to anyone you like, or act on it yourself. You’re under no obligation to hire us for the follow-up work.

How it works

Use the form below. There's no phone call unless you want one. We agree a time and what access we'll need.
We review
We work from read-only access, or you can walk us through things on screen if you'd rather. It takes a few days and shouldn't interrupt anyone's week.
You get the report
Every finding comes with a pound figure or a risk attached, biggest first. Once you've had a read, we'll go through it with you.
The small print: £295 + VAT, fixed, invoiced after you receive the report. If the report can’t find you at least its own price back in annual savings, it will say your setup is in good shape and we’ll tear up the invoice. Anything we find on the security side stays between us.
